We check the weather conditions at shipping and destination locations before shipment. Adverse weather may delay shipment to ensure the best care for the cuttings. When deemed necessary we will add a heat pack to the shipment to maintain temperature during cold spells.

Minor damage and/or discoloration of the leaves may happen during shipping. With proper care, it will recover and won’t affect the future growth of the plant. We only ship USPS and upon confirmation from USPS that package was delivered seller considers this purchase fulfilled.

We only accept returns if there’s major damage on the plant. You must request it within 24 hours after delivery. This includes pictures at the time of receipt. If no pictures are presented the seller bears no responsibility. Its buyers responsibility and cost to ship the plant back. Any refund will only be considered when seller receives the plant in the same condition as received by buyer.

Please remember these are live plant cuttings. There is risk and no guarantee on them. We will not be held responsible for it once the plant is in your hands. We don’t have control over your environment and the way you grow them.

If there is any problem with the order, you must notify us within 24 hours after delivered on USPS tracking. THERE WILL BE NO RETURN OR REFUND AFTER THAT.

Suggested care instructions:

Carefully remove the plant from the shipping box. These plants are packed to prevent damage during shipment and as such can be somewhat cumbersome to unpack. Place plant in plenty of indirect light. Make sure the potting material is moist, but not wet. Over watering causes root rot.

Potting material. The plant is fully rooted and planted in a mixture of peat moss, pearlite, and vermiculite. There is no organic soil in this mixture. This plant has never been potted in soil nor has it been siting on soil and its therefor free of soil born insects.

DELIVERY. Please message us along with a photo of the plant immediately upon arrival if the plants are not to your satisfaction. We cannot guarantee plants that are no longer in our care. Many of our plants require warm temperatures. Shipping to areas that are cold will be at buyer’s risk. We offer quality plants that are inspected and approved for shipment.

Please note this plant is toxic to humans and animals. Do not consume and keep away from kids and pets. Note that the current variegation is no guarantee for future variegation
