Some things to note:
1) Shipping - I only ship on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Please reach out if you would like me to hold items.
2) Upgrade shipping to express if you are experiencing extreme temperatures - Ie too hot/cold (above 95 degrees or below 65). Please monitor your local weather and there are heat packs available.
3) I propped all these plants myself and they take weeks. I made sure that they are healthy to be listed and shipped. Please message me WITHIN 24 hours of receiving your plant if there are any problems.
4) All packages are insured up to $100, if you like additional insurance, there is an add on in my listings.
5) shipping to California is at your own risk.
6) shipping to Hawaii will be cancelled.
7) heat damage and cold damage refunds will not be given if shipping is not upgraded to express.

Do note that these are live plants that will be in a box for a few days. Wilting, yellowing or leaf loss is normal after shipping and stress from change in environments. With the right care, they should bounce back. 

I am not responsible for USPS delays, for future growth or decline in your environment as well as variegation (for variegated plants). I am happy to assist with a USPS claim if needed. All packages are insured up to $100.

Everyone has different growing conditions in their own home, I do not provide care instructions for plants but there are plenty resources on the internet to help. Everything that is worth noting about the plant I'm selling is written in the description.
