The seller was so helpful and changed the shipping cost to priority for me since the plant was coming from Florida to Alaska. She also said a heat pack might do more damage because it was starting out in 80 degree weather….she did an incredible job packing the plant in bubble wrap and insulation and there was not one bit of leaf damage or cold damage. Best of all was the huge, beautiful hoya that I received. So much bigger and lovelier than the photos showed. I love this shop and will shop again
